Steven is a graduate in Physics and Electronics. He has many years’ experience in business working for companies such as Telcon Metals, Von Roll Transport, Ningbo Ninshing Corporation as both a consultant and Director. Steven has significant experience of working with Chinese companies having been involved as a business development consultant to a number of Chinese, Taiwanese and UK businesses over the last 23 years, advising on product procurement, intellectual property, joint ventures and general overseas business planning.

Alan Smewing

Scientific Director

Alan is graduate electronics engineer with a masters in Mechatronics who has spent his career to date working as a design engineer covering all aspects of digital, analogue design, related software and supporting complex project development in the areas of ioT, CAN based systems, MOD bus systems, internet protocol, TCPip, GPS/GPRS. Mapping, mathematical modelling, complex algorithms etc. Alan has a hands-on approach and acts as our primary hardware developer and project lead.

Jack Maddocks

Software, Digital Hardware Engineering

Jack has worked for the company now for two years, he grew up surrounded by electronics and engineering development as his father is a senior defence engineering scientist. He is HND qualified and is looking to progress his education through research associated with the stonelin product developments, this may well for the basis for the company’s partnership with a university faculty. Jack’s ability to develop both coding and digital hardware is extraordinary, he is making a significant contribution to first level in house developments for all projects.
